Data Collection

The project followed a simple and systematic research methodology. First, the study focused on understanding the basic theoretical concepts related to total quality management. Next, the researcher conducted a questionnaire survey to collect primary data from employees. The researcher then analyzed the primary data collected through the questionnaire. In addition, the study also included an analysis of secondary data gathered from books, journals, and reports.

Sampling Method:
The study used random sampling to select respondents.

Population:
Employees working at Yes Bank.

Sample Size:
A total of 50 employees were selected for the study.
