Over the last two decades, service organizations have adopted total quality management to improve service quality and performance. Managers actively use TQM practices to increase customer satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability. TQM in the service sector helps organizations focus on continuous improvement, employee involvement, and customer needs. This study explains the basic concept of TQM, its benefits, and the key components of services in a simple way. It also reviews earlier studies on how service industries implement TQM. The findings help managers and quality professionals clearly understand TQM concepts, service systems, and practical implementation. The study also highlights areas for future research.

Data Collection

The project followed a simple and systematic research methodology. First, the study focused on understanding the basic theoretical concepts related to total quality management. Next, the researcher conducted a questionnaire survey to collect primary data from employees. The researcher then analyzed the primary data collected through the questionnaire. In addition, the study also included an analysis of secondary data gathered from books, journals, and reports.

Sampling Method:
The study used random sampling to select respondents.

Population:
Employees working at Yes Bank.

Sample Size:
A total of 50 employees were selected for the study.
