Research design
Research design provides a clear plan for collecting and analyzing data. This study uses descriptive research to present an accurate picture of the practices followed in the organization. Descriptive research uses surveys and fact-finding methods to collect information. The study follows an ex post facto approach, where the researcher does not control the variables. Statistical methods ensure objectivity, and tools such as averages and percentages support easy analysis. The study collects data in two forms: primary data and secondary data.
Data collection
The study uses the following methods:
Understanding theoretical concepts related to the topic
Collecting data through a questionnaire
Analyzing primary data
Analyzing secondary data
Primary data
The study collects primary data for the first time, making it original in nature. Respondents who use the organization’s products or services provide this data directly. This data strongly supports the objectives of the study.
Secondary data
The study gathers secondary data from existing sources such as books, reports, journals, and records. Researchers have already processed this data, and it helps support and strengthen the research findings.
