Research Design

This research uses a proper plan to collect information about organizational culture, training and development, performance appraisal, and feedback in HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The study uses both exploratory and conclusive research methods to achieve the objectives.

Exploratory research helps to understand these HR subsystems clearly. It provides useful ideas and guidance for further study. Conclusive research helps to reach final results based on the collected data.

The study uses both primary and secondary data. Primary data is first-hand information collected directly from employees and top management of the organization. This data helps to understand how HR systems work and how they support organizational success. The data collected is mostly qualitative and based on small samples.

The researcher uses in-depth interviews as a tool to collect primary data. The purpose of the interview is clearly explained to the respondents, and questions are asked based on prepared guidelines.

Secondary data is collected from websites, reports, and published articles. This data supports the research and helps achieve the study objectives.
