This research uses a proper plan to collect information about organizational culture, training and development, performance appraisal, and feedback in HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The study uses both exploratory and conclusive research methods to achieve the objectives.

The study uses both primary and secondary data. Primary data is first-hand information collected directly from employees and top management of the organization. This data helps to understand how HR systems work and how they support organizational success. The data collected is mostly qualitative and based on small samples.
The researcher uses in-depth interviews as a tool to collect primary data. The purpose of the interview is clearly explained to the respondents, and questions are asked based on prepared guidelines.
