  • To study the salary structure and increment policies adopted by the organization.

  • To analyze how employee performance is evaluated and linked with career growth.

  • To review the employee health, safety, and welfare facilities provided as per organizational policies.

RESEARCH DESIGN

Research design provides a clear plan for collecting and analyzing data for a study. In this project, the research follows a descriptive design because it aims to present a true and clear picture of human resource practices followed in the organization. Descriptive research helps the researcher understand existing conditions through surveys and fact-finding methods. The study is ex post facto in nature, meaning the researcher does not control any variables but observes and analyzes the existing situation. Statistical methods are used to ensure accuracy and objectivity. The study mainly uses averages and percentages to interpret the collected data and present meaningful results.

The study uses two main types of data:

1. Primary Data

Primary data refers to original information collected directly from respondents for the first time. In this study, the researcher collects primary data from employees through structured questionnaires and personal interactions. This data is linked to the project objectives and helps in understanding real employee opinions, experiences, and organizational practices.

2. Secondary Data

Secondary data includes information already collected and published by others. The researcher gathers this data from books, journals, company records, reports, and reliable online sources. This data supports the primary findings and helps build a strong theoretical base for the study.
