Research Methodology
This study examines how organizations use data analytics in recruitment and how it improves hiring efficiency, decision-making, and overall talent management. The methodology includes a basic theoretical study, primary data collection, and a review of secondary sources. The researcher studied key concepts of recruitment analytics, conducted a questionnaire survey among HR professionals and recruiters, analyzed the collected primary data, and reviewed books, journals, research papers, and industry reports related to recruitment analytics.
Research Design
