Description:
Introduction
ISO standards provide international guidelines that help organizations work in a safe, organized, and efficient way. Experts from many countries develop these standards, and organizations across the world follow them. Although ISO standards are not legal rules, many institutions adopt them to show their commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. As a result, clear procedures help reduce mistakes, improve performance, and support proper record-keeping. Today, the integration of ISO standards allows organizations to manage quality, environment, and safety systems in a unified way. Among all standards, ISO 9001 is especially important because it focuses on quality management. In the healthcare sector, the integration of ISO standards helps hospitals improve patient care, reduce medical errors, use resources better, and build strong trust among patients. Objectives of the Study

Research Methodology
This study explains the basic concepts of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. In addition, it discusses healthcare quality standards with special focus on patient safety, environmental care, and workplace safety. To collect information, the researcher designs a structured questionnaire to measure awareness, implementation level, benefits, and challenges of ISO standards in hospitals. After that, the researcher gathers primary data from hospital administrators, quality managers, safety officers, doctors, and healthcare staff involved in ISO activities. Later, the researcher analyzes the data using percentages and averages and interprets key trends and results. Furthermore, the study reviews secondary data from journals, hospital quality reports, government guidelines, accreditation frameworks, and case studies.
1. Primary Data
The researcher collects primary data through a structured questionnaire from hospital administrators, quality managers, safety officers, and senior healthcare staff. This data provides direct information about ISO implementation, challenges, benefits, and overall effectiveness.
2. Secondary Data
The researcher collects secondary data from research journals, hospital quality and accreditation reports, government healthcare guidelines, and reports from healthcare regulatory and quality institutions.
Sampling Methods
Population: Hospital administrators, quality managers, safety professionals, and healthcare staff.
Sample Size: 50 respondents from different healthcare institutions.
Sampling Technique: The researcher uses random sampling to ensure fair and unbiased representation.
